FD Series Flash Dryer

Use:

-To dry starch and modified starch made from potato, tapioca, sweet potato, wheat, corn after dewatering.
-To continuously dry other granular thermo-sensitive materials.

 

Design Features:

-The short time of materials retention and the high heat-exchange rate could dry starch instantly.
-The special cyclone recovery device to ensure the minimum loss of dried starch.
-The special flue design cooling system makes the starch not easy to agglomerate,and residual, moisture content can be controlled accurately.
-The new type wind shutting screw which completely replaced the traditional one got the well effect and low failure rate.
-Without the lots of moving parts, the cost of the operation and maintenance is very low.
